Harrison began his career in the financial industry in 2021, became a CFP® professional in 2026. The CFP® certification is widely recognized as one of the most rigorous and respected credentials in financial planning. It requires completion of a comprehensive education program covering a wide range of financial planning topics, successful passage of an examination, adherence to high ethical standards, and ongoing continuing education to maintain the certification.
In 2022, he completed the requirements to achieve the AAMS® (Accredited Asset Management Specialist®) designation from the College for Financial Planning. The AAMS® is a professional designation focused on asset management and investment strategies for individual clients, covering topics such as portfolio construction, risk management, and behavioral finance.
Prior to joining Collins and Krank in 2021, Harrison worked for the local news in Fargo, North Dakota. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2019
Outside the office he enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, and lifting. He is passionate about news, history, current events and the Minnesota Vikings. In addition to his work as a Financial Advisor at Collins and Krank, Harrison serves as the marketing director for the firm.
